1. Job Summary

Adella’s Care with Heart and Love LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home care team. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care to older adults and seniors, supporting their health, safety, independence, and overall well-being wherever they call home.

As a Registered Nurse, you will assess clients' healthcare needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide professional nursing services tailored to each client's needs. You will work closely with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, coordinated, and compassionate care.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities throughout Northern Virginia. We welcome nurses from a variety of healthcare backgrounds who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

2. Responsibilities

• Assess clients' healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care and treatments within the RN's scope of practice and the agency's authorized services.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns.
• Communicate with physicians, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential nursing documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and provide compassionate, respectful care.

3. Qualifications

We are looking for Registered Nurses who:

• Hold a current RN license authorizing practice in Virginia.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.
• Can work independently and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Previous home health experience is not required. Newly licensed Registered Nurses are welcome to apply!
