Now Hiring: Floor Manager (Adele’s – Marble Falls)
Adele’s is looking for a strong, service-minded Floor Manager to help lead our dining room, support our team, and keep the guest experience running smoothly—especially during busy services.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be leading the floor, jumping in where needed, and serving tables on some shifts, earning tips in addition to management pay.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the dining room during service and set the tone for hospitality
- Actively support servers, bartenders, and hosts on the floor
- Step in as a server on designated shifts and take tables when needed
- Manage pacing, seating, table flow, and guest experience
- Handle guest concerns with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and leadership team
- Uphold Adele’s standards for service, food, and atmosphere
- Coach and support the team in real time during service
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant leadership or strong shift-lead experience
- A calm, steady presence during busy services
- Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Strong awareness of the floor and attention to detail
- Availability during all Adele’s open hours (including nights and weekends)
- Bonus: familiarity with Toast POS (reports, order flow, basic troubleshooting)
