JOB SUMMARY:
The Systems Administrator supports children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care in a therapeutic, supportive, and person-centered environment by maintaining, administering, and optimizing agency-wide information systems and data platforms. The Systems Administrator is responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, compliance support, and end-user assistance to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations across educational, residential, and administrative programs.
Work Schedule:
Adelbrook is a 24/7 operating Agency. Schedules are flexible, may include early mornings,
evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends, holidays, mandated overtime, mandated holds, and
on call responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer, maintain, and support agency information systems, databases, and platforms to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of data.
• Serve as a system liaison with external vendors and software providers, supporting system implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system data integrity, including routine audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews.
• Develop, generate, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making, compliance, and operational needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees regarding system access, functionality, and usage.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials.
• Support onboarding, pay changes, benefits administration, credential tracking, and other administrative processes through system workflows.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, Education, and Program leadership to support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and agency policies, including confidentiality standards.
• Maintains the Kronos database with accessible and accurate data.
• Remain current with system updates, enhancements, and best practices relevant to agency platforms.
• Serves as the Kronos liaison which includes creating and maintaining new platforms and processes within their system
• Participate in system-related projects, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support agency operations.

• Understanding of nonprofit, healthcare, educational, or human services environments preferred
• Awareness of trauma-informed and person-centered organizational practices

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, data management, or related administrative systems role preferred
• Experience supporting HRIS or enterprise systems strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Apple products, mobile device management (MDM), and basic networking concepts desirable.
• Professional certifications (A , Network , Microsoft, or similar) are preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between program locations as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Work is performed in an administrative building or program office environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed (e.g., supplies, office materials)
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move about for extended periods of time
• May occasionally be exposed to behaviors that require calm intervention or redirection
• Exposure to behaviors that may require intervention or safety procedures.
• Perform all requirements of physical management techniques (PMT)
