As a Job Coaching Supervisor, youâll lead a dedicated team of Job Coaches supporting adults with disabilities as they work and grow in community-based jobs. Youâll guide and support Job Coaches, partner with local employers, and help ensure every client has the training and support they need to succeed on the job.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Supporting and supervising Job Coaches through training, guidance, and ongoing support
- Meeting with employers to check in, maintain quality, and identify any training needs
- Creating and managing weekly schedules to ensure all job sites are covered
- Updating schedules as needed to support clients and staff
- Completing required reports and documentation
- Building strong, positive relationships with your team, employers, and coworkers to help clients feel welcomed and included at work
Schedule & Pay:
Job Type: Full-time Tuesday thru Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm (can vary due to client and staff schedules, as needed)
Pay from: $21.00 per hour.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree strongly preferred.
- Two (2) or more years experience in business or industry.Â
- One (1) year supervisory experience.Â
- One (1) year experience working with adults with mental, physical or developmental disabilities.Â
Other Requirements: Must pass background/fingerprint investigation, pre-employment drug screening and TB test. Must have own reliable transportation, valid NM driverâs license, insurable driving record and proof of current liability insurance. An employee in this position must be able to sit, stand, walk, performs keyboarding/typing functions, and lift 50lbs frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull, carry occasionally and meet any job requirement for which the clients are being trained. Adelante is a drug free workplace. Adelante is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
