- Responsible for daily operation of thrift store.
- Customer relations, answering phones, tagging, stocking, and selling merchandise.
- Maintain general appearance of the retail area.
- Assist customers with unloading and processing donations.
- Complete required documentation for donations.
- May pick-up or deliver goods donated or purchased.
- Provide personal care and other assistance for clients as required.
- Ensure client safety on the selling floor and donation processing areas.
- Provide backup to meet client's needs related to placement, training, and general supervision.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Requires one year of general work experience.
- Post high school training in business preferred.
- One year of retail experience preferred.
- Bilingual helpful.
- Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
