Gabriel (President and Co-Founder) is a BCBA and LBA with nearly two decades of

experience across California, New Jersey, and Nevada, including clinical leadership,

BCBA mentorship, and payer-side medical necessity review.

Jessica (Vice President and Co-Founder) is a BCBA and LBA whose career spans

Kuwait, California, and Nevada, working across orphanages, schools, centers, and

home-based programs before co-founding Adelante.

Both founders are fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to culturally responsive,

ethical ABA practice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Provide one to one in-home ABA therapy to clients with autism and developmental disabilities

* Implement behavior intervention plans under direct BCBA supervision

* Collect accurate session data and submit documentation within required timelines

* Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members

* Participate actively in supervision meetings and ongoing training

COMPENSATION AND PERFORMANCE BASED TIER STRUCTURE

Advancement reviews conducted every six months

RBT I | $26 to $27 per hour

For newly certified or early career RBTs building foundational ABA skills.

Qualifications: 1 year or less of ABA experience

RBT II | $28 to $30 per hour

For RBTs demonstrating reliability and strong clinical performance.

Qualifications: 2 or more years of ABA experience with strong documentation and attendance record

Senior RBT and BCBA Track | $31 to $33 per hour

For experienced RBTs pursuing BCBA certification and supervised fieldwork hours.

Qualifications: 3 or more years of ABA experience, enrolled in or preparing for BCBA coursework

Advancement is based on attendance, documentation quality, treatment integrity, and

supervisor evaluation, not seniority alone.

REQUIREMENTS

* Active RBT certification (required)

* Minimum availability of 15 hours per week

* Reliable transportation (position serves clients in their homes)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable and professional working in home settings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 1 or more years of ABA experience

* Familiarity with DTT, NET, or verbal behavior approaches

* Enrollment in or interest in BCBA coursework
