Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess HVAC and plumbing needs
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service agreements
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the company
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
