What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Hygienist-Part or Full-Time Availability position at Adel Family Dentistry, P.C.?
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our caring and dedicated dental team, where the average staff member in our office has been here more than 14 years. We are locally owned and care about the well-being of our team members.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional patient care by providing thorough dental cleanings, patient education, and preventive treatments. Your expertise will help promote optimal oral health and ensure our patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during every visit.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to excellence in general and pediatric dentistry. We have a stable, long-term employee and patient base, and our dentist has owned and practiced here for nearly 23 years. Join the team that has been voted as "Favorite Dallas County Dentist/Dental Office" for 6 years in a row by readers of the Adel Living Magazine.
We have a unique schedule; we work Monday-Thursday one week and Tuesday-Friday the following week which means you can enjoy 4 day weekends every other week. We are hiring for a full-time position, but we are open to part-time for the right candidate.
We enjoy celebrating holidays and special occasions and have traveled with our team to ADA conventions in Washington DC, New Orleans, Orlando, and Hawaii. We have also provided volunteer dental work in Jamaica (Whitehouse and Ocho Rios areas) and at the Special Olympics.
Besides many of the typical benefits (PTO, CE, license fees, uniforms, dental care for your immediate family, health care reimbursement account), we offer a company retirement contribution of 7.5% or more of your salary. This is not a match; we offer this benefit whether you contribute to our 401k or not.
