Adel Dental Associates is looking for a reliable, friendly, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our family. About Us: We are a family oriented, patient-centered dental practice. Our team works together to provide exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment, all while having fun along the way! We are a 1 doctor practice with 4 operatories with modern technologies! We have created a kind, team oriented, and positive culture!
Job Duties:
· Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and care
· Take and process dental X-rays
· Sterilize and set up instruments and operatories
· Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit
· Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front office duties
· Support insurance verification and billing processes
· Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (REQUIRED)
· Front desk experience helpful but not required
· Familiarity with “SOFTWARE SYSTEM” software is a plus
· Strong communication skills, friendly attitude, and a commitment to teamwork
· Willingness to be cross-trained and step in where needed
Location: 101 W 5th Street Adel, GA 31602
Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:30AM-5 PM, Wednesday: 9-5 PM. Lunch 12-1 PM. (Must be able to work occasional Fridays 8-noon)
