We have a client (insurance industry) looking for a Customer Service Associate who will perform customer service duties, and policy and process-related research for both their internal and external customers. This person also handles data entry, handling of customer requests as well as filing, logging, scanning and other general admin duties. This role is Temp to Hire and partially remote. Great benefit package when transition to full time. Starting salary $20/HR. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not a must. They are ready to hire TODAY! Full background checks will be conducted, including drug screen.
