Plant Quality Engineer Engineering $ 60000 - $ 80000 / Year location_on Chattanooga, Tennessee acute Direct Hire Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to hire a full-time Quality Engineer for their plant located in the Chattanooga, TN area. Key Responsibilities: Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement Support internal and external audits Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Heavy industrial, plastics, automotive, or similar industry preferred.
