Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Duncan, South Carolina. The Marketing Specialist leads and oversees all marketing activities for the company,
driving the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. Candidates that have 3-5 years of experience in this type of setting will be well suited for this role.
This position comes with a strong base salary, in addition to full benefits (health, dental, vision insurance and 401k with company match) that are company paid.
Responsibilities
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationship with sales team to align objectives and support sales with lead generation efforts.
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans
- for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, digital campaigns etc).
- Knowledge in managing and optimizing website, preferably Wordpress.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI and website optimization.
- Practical experience in the creation of marketing materials with proficiency in
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Experience with creating, managing and optimizing digital campaigns in Google
- Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn ads.
- Ability to analyze website traffic and campaigns in analytical tools in Google
- Analytics, Google Search Console and similar platforms.
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
