Specially, this position will
- :Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- .Prepare quotations, proposals, and bids based on customer specifications and technical requirements
- .Recommend products and technical solutions that meet customer application needs
- .Manage customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
- .Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business
- .Coordinate product samples, certifications, and supporting documentation
- .Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within ERP and CRM systems
- .Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service

Candidates should posses - s:5 years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmen
- t.Experience with aerospace, defense, military, OEM, or fastener products strongly preferre
- d.Working knowledge of aerospace and military fasteners, manufacturing processes, and technical specification
- s.Ability to interpret customer requirements and prepare accurate quotation
