Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Representative manages accurate and timely billing, supports collections activity, and ensures customer accounts remain in good standing. You’ll work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices

• Validate billing data against confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and supporting documents

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

• Monitor unbilled revenue and follow up to prevent invoicing delays

• Conduct collections outreach via phone, email, and account statements

• Document all activity in Salesforce/Revenova

• Identify delinquent accounts and escalate per credit policies

• Assist with negotiating payment arrangements

• Support cash application and AR reconciliations

• Assist with month‑end AR close activities

• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of billing and AR functions

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Ability to analyze account activity with guidance

• Strong teamwork skills

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in AR, billing, collections, or customer service

• Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus

Compensation

$20–$25/hr., DOE
Weekly pay starting at $25/hr. for qualified candidates

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
