Product Management Senior Advisor (SAP Finance & Accounting)

Location: Lake Mary, Florida (Hybrid/Onsite)

Seeking a Product Management Senior Advisor with strong SAP Finance and Accounting experience to drive financial system improvements, compliance initiatives, and process optimization. The role partners with Finance, Audit, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient business operations.

• Lead SAP Finance product initiatives and enhancements.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Manage the SAP Finance product roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
• Improve financial data accuracy, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with:
  • GAAP
  • SOX
  • State regulatory requirements
• Support Finance functions including:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Asset Management
• Track KPIs and measure business impact.
• Partner with Finance, Audit, and IT teams on system integrations and reporting.
• Drive process improvements, governance, and operational transparency.

• SAP Product Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules.
• Financial analysis and accounting processes.
• Regulatory compliance (GAAP, SOX).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

• Tableau
• SQL
• Pharmaceutical distribution industry experience
• Experience with regulatory compliance projects

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

A Product Manager/Product Owner with SAP Finance expertise, experience working with Accounting and Compliance teams, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive finance-related system enhancements from requirements through delivery.
