#1. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required

gThe Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the Research and Development team, including Electromechanical Design and Product System Engineers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful development, integration, and implementation of innovative technology and data security products. The Manager will guide engineering activities, uphold design standards, and maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and innovation across the team

.Requirements of the Manager, Engineerin

• gBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required; a Master’s in Business is preferred
• .Minimum Experience: At least 7 years of engineering management or related experience
• .Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• .Extensive experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and methodologies
• .Demonstrated success in leading and managing engineering teams
• .Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• .Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
