Address2Cash is a growing real estate investment company in Raleigh, NC. We are hiring a dedicated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Representative to join our in-office team.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with homeowners interested in selling their properties
- Understand seller motivation, property condition, and timeline
- Present cash offers and negotiate price and terms
- Maintain accurate notes and tasks in our CRM
- Consistently work toward weekly sales goals and signed contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
- Dedicated, reliable, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable handling objections and working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate, automotive, insurance, mortgage, roofing, solar, or other B2C sales is preferred
Compensation:
- $24,000 annual base salary
- Uncapped commission
- Expected total compensation: $60,000–$110,000 per year, based on performance
