About Additive Manufacturing Technologies (AMT)
As we continue to scale our U.S. operations, we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory and Supply Coordinator to keep our logistics, inventory, and customer operations running smoothly.
This is an onsite role in Cedar Park, Texas, supporting the daily flow of materials, shipments, and systems that power AMT’s global operations. You’ll be part of a team that values precision, accountability, and customer excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a clear, efficient inventory management system (digital or hybrid).
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Define and manage stocking policies, reorder points, and min/max levels.
- Coordinate replenishment based on vendor lead times and usage patterns.
- Build and maintain service kits / preventive maintenance kits for onsite engineering visits.
- Manage inbound goods and put-away within 24 hours of receipt.
- Own and track On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) shipping performance metrics.
- Prepare and ship orders (small parts to large machinery) for domestic and international customers.
- Cover carrier cut-offs and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of picking accuracy, packaging quality, and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, shipping details, and tracking.
- Manage and respond to customer requests through ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.).
- Use project management tools (Monday.com, HubSpot) to coordinate internal and cross-team tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory transactions, and supply orders.
- Uphold all safety, environmental, and compliance standards (SDS, Hazmat, DOT/IATA/IMDG).
- Write, train, and audit SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Safely operate manual/electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training and certification provided).
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics operations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk) and project management tools (Monday.com, HubSpot).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer-facing settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Suite, Excel/Sheets, and digital workflow tools.
- Experience shipping domestic and international orders of varying sizes and requirements.
- Understanding of hazmat/export compliance, HS codes, and documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive — you take ownership and get things done.
- Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday (no remote work after training).
