Support Services Analyst
Join a global technology business where reliable, people-focused IT support plays a key role in keeping teams productive. You’ll combine hands-on technical troubleshooting with end-to-end ownership, supporting users across a modern, fast-moving technology environment.
Role Overview:
- Location: Broomfield, Colorado/Hybrid.
- Package: $30-$60 per hour
- Contract Length: 6 Months initially with scope to be extended or become permanent.
- Contract Type: Corp to Corp (C2C), candidates must have an active LLC or corporation to be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own IT incidents and service requests from initial triage through to resolution, keeping users informed throughout.
- Provide first and second-line support across Windows, macOS and Linux devices, workplace applications, collaboration tools and endpoint security.
- Coordinate the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, access and software configuration.
- Troubleshoot device management, user access and meeting-room A/V issues across office and hybrid environments.
- Work closely with Engineering and Enterprise Applications teams to resolve escalated technical issues and identify root causes.
- Manage local IT inventory, procurement, stock levels and regular equipment audits.
- Support hardware throughout its lifecycle, including imaging, deployment, asset tracking and returns.
- Contribute to ITIL-led incident, problem and change processes with a strong focus on service quality.
- Support wider IT projects including software deployments, migrations and compliance initiatives.
Main Skills Needed:
- Candidates must be local to Colorado and able to commute to the office.
- 5 years’ experience providing both first and second line IT Support within an enterprise organisation.
- Experience working for an enterprise organisation, supporting a high volume of end users is highly preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge across Windows, macOS and Linux environments, all are essential.
- Strong experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF is essential.
- Experience working with ITSM/service management processes, with ServiceNow knowledge beneficial.
- Exposure to enterprise identity and administration platforms such as Azure AD or Google Workspace Admin.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and SaaS administration.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to make technical information clear to non-technical users.
- A service-led approach and confidence supporting a broad range of users, including senior stakeholders.
- CompTIA, Microsoft or ServiceNow certifications would be advantageous.
