Role Description
This is a full-time in house role for a Marketing Team Member based in Los Angeles, CA, In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends, managing communication and customer service efforts, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include content development, promoting campaigns, analyzing market data, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, analyze data, and develop targeted campaigns.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to support lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
- Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with design/build or construction industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
