Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited OB/GYN residency
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted New York medical license
- DEA registration required
