- Experience performing biopsies, lesion removals, and office‑based dermatologic procedures
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong dermatologic assessment, diagnostic, and patient‑education skills
- Current PA‑C or APRN licensure (or ability to obtain before start)
- Proficiency with EMR systems and ability to manage follow‑up care and patient communication
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
