Duties
- Operate order picker equipment, reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to efficiently load and unload materials
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and verify items for orders
- Prepare products by packing, labeling, and securing shipments according to company standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity before dispatching
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and inventory updates
- Load and unload trucks safely using heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized storage areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or distribution centers
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and mechanical tools
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment procedures
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
