Hardware:
- Assist with maintaining an inventory of District hardware and related documentation manuals.
- Provide ongoing technical support for staff.
- Provide technical support to district personnel including, but not limited to, all hardware and software applications.
- Network: Patching and basic network repairs
- Basic phone configuration
- Perform basic Chromebook repairs
- Create users and reset passwords in Active Directory
- Windows computer re-imaging and basic repairs
- Keep abreast of new developments related to hardware, software and systems requirements.
- Perform other duties as directed.
