Role Description
This is a Full-time, on-site position for a Culinary Director located in Glastonbury, CT. The Culinary Director will oversee culinary operations, including food preparation, menu development, and staff coordination. They will ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, manage purchasing and inventory, and lead efforts to enhance the overall dining experience for residents and stakeholders. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills
- Experience in Menu Development and Food & Beverage management
- Knowledge of Purchasing processes and cost management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food safety standards
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
