- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Master’s Degree or higher
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the State of Oregon
- Experience providing inpatient, outpatient, or home health rehabilitation services
- Strong clinical skills in ADLs, functional training, and adaptive equipment recommendations
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
