- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experience diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
- Strong clinical assessment, preventive care, and evidence-based treatment planning skills.
- Experience with electronic health records, patient education, and collaborative team-based care.
- Active medical license or eligibility for licensure and current DEA registration.
