- Dermatology experience as an NP or PA, preferably in a medical or surgical dermatology setting.
- Strong skills in patient education and performing skin biopsies, including shave, punch, and excisional techniques.
- Comfort with full‑body skin exams, lesion evaluation, and the ability to manage common dermatologic conditions independently within scope.
- Prior experience or strong aptitude in minor dermatologic surgery, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, and basic cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans, risks, and post‑procedural care in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Active NP or PA license and DEA registration, with the ability to prescribe and manage dermatologic medications.
