- Experience providing full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care
- Experience with telehealth platforms and digital clinical documentation preferred
- Additional skills in early pregnancy loss management, perinatal mental health, or bedside ultrasound are desirable
- Active Certified Nurse Midwife licensure in North Carolina and current AMCB certification
