Key Responsibilities
- Learn to operate specialized HVAC machinery and basic HVAC fabrication equipment.
- Provide support to the fabrication team as needed.
- Accurately measure materials using tape measures and other measuring tools.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including reaching, stretching, bending, and walking throughout the daily routine.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the HVAC manufacturing industry.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as reaching, stretching, bending, and walking.
