- Strong knowledge of US and international partnership and corporation tax matters, including private investment funds and special purpose investment vehicles.
- Prior staff management experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Excel skills are required.
