Position Title: TA Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

Assignment Type: 3-month contract with potential for

contract-to-hire

Compensation: $28-30/ hr

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Benefits: This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision,

About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead and requires someone adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing technical requisitions across engineering and software domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate and upcoming staffing needs across technical areas (software, hardware, systems, electrical, mechanical, robotics, etc.)
• Source, engage, and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and creative sourcing methods
• Manage multiple requisitions at once and handle full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer coordination
• Review resumes and conduct in-depth phone screens to assess experience, qualifications, and culture fit
• Create candidate write-ups summarizing strengths and weaknesses for hiring managers
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates through each stage of the process
• Use ATS tools to track candidates and ensure accurate documentation and updates
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of recruiting experience
• Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed
• Familiarity with ATS systems
• Ability to conduct Boolean searches and use sourcing tools effectively
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Background recruiting in technical, engineering, or software industries
• Additional relevant training or certifications
