This role will also play a critical part in supporting live events, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with Tier 1 staff to ensure smooth IT operations.

We are seeking a Technology Service Desk Engineer II to provide Tier 2 technical support across hardware, software, networking, server, and broadcast environments. This role will also play a critical part in supporting live events, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with Tier 1 staff to ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-users across hardware, software, networking, broadcast, and A/V systems
- Support account management in Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Print Server systems
- Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and JAMF Pro
- Deploy software patches, updates, and fixes using Tanium
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (switches, wireless access points, ports)
- Maintain cable infrastructure, fiber systems, and data closets
- Provide technical support during live events
- Document work in the ticketing system and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with Tier 1 staff to resolve application issues
- Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 years of experience in Desktop/Technical Support or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft, Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, JAMF preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, networking, and mobile operating systems
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and office automation tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide remote support and clear instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
