Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
🔹 Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy
🔹 Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals
🔹 Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives
🔹 Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience
🔹 Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
🔹 Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital project and capex
🔹 Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required
🔹 Exceptional communication skills
🔹 Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations
Our client offers:
$180,000 to $200,000 base salary range dependent on experience, additional bonus potential.
