Addison Group is partnering with a leading professional services organization. Our client is seeking an experienced Growth Enablement Associate to join their collaborative sales support team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating complex projects, and has experience managing proposal and RFP processes.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the development and coordination of proposals, RFP responses, presentation materials, and other sales support documents. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and sales leaders to manage multiple deadlines while producing polished, client-focused deliverables.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses exceptional written communication skills, and has experience balancing project management with proposal development in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple proposal and RFP projects from kickoff through final submission.
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to gather content and develop compelling proposal responses.
- Review and edit proposal materials for quality, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare presentation materials, sales collateral, and supporting documentation for business development efforts.
- Facilitate project meetings, assign action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain proposal templates, best practices, and reusable content libraries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping standardize proposal development processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience managing proposals, RFP responses, or sales enablement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, persuasive content.
- Advanced organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, or proposal management tools is a plus.
- APMP certification or formal proposal management training is preferred but not required.
- Healthcare industry proposal experience is helpful but not required.
