Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing property restoration organization, to identify an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operation in the Ohio market. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional with strong financial management skills, operational expertise, and a passion for developing teams.

Job Description:

The Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of two locations. This individual will provide hands-on leadership across operations, project execution, estimating, reconstruction, mitigation, and sales while establishing a culture focused on accountability, service quality, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial performance for two branches, with accountability for revenue, margins, and overall profitability.
• Oversee daily business activities spanning restoration, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales functions.
• Establish clear expectations and performance standards while promoting a strong culture of ownership and customer service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch leadership and team members to strengthen performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with business development efforts to expand the market and cultivate strategic relationships, including opportunities with insurance carriers and property management organizations.
• Promote adherence to workplace safety requirements and ensure teams consistently utilize CRM and reporting platforms.
• Spend time in both markets to maintain operational visibility, support teams, and drive consistent execution.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated P&L management experience for a branch or location with approximately $6M in annual revenue.
• Restoration or construction industry experience is preferred. Relevant leadership backgrounds in distributed service environments, such as facilities or environmental services, may also be considered.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in roles such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, Market Director, District Manager, or a comparable position.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics with demonstrated success improving accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded leadership approach.

Additional Details:

Compensation includes a $120,000–$140,000 base salary plus bonus.
