Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand role requirements.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation for new hires.
- Recruit for diverse positions such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, dispatchers, customer service, and sales roles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to track candidates and report metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity in hiring.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume agency settings.
- Experience recruiting for trades roles (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
