What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent for various roles, including plumbers, electricians, service technicians, HVAC specialists, dispatchers, customer service representatives, sales consultants, and more. Your work will directly support our expansion and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand role requirements.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation for new hires.
- Recruit for diverse positions such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, dispatchers, customer service, and sales roles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to track candidates and report metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity in hiring.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume agency settings.
- Experience recruiting for trades roles (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
