Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for ensuring all services, deliverables, and operational activities meet contractual, regulatory, and internal quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting proposal development efforts, and strengthening quality control processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations across operational areas
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and industry standards
- Identify, document, and track quality issues through corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
- Support proposal development by reviewing solicitations and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Perform final quality reviews of proposals and deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Oversee documentation control to ensure consistency across reports and submissions
- Serve as a point of contact for quality-related matters with internal teams and stakeholders, including government representatives
- Participate in quality review meetings and support resolution of performance concerns
- 2–4 years of experience in contracts, procurement, proposal support, quality assurance, or related government contracting functions
- Experience working with RFPs, contract lifecycle processes, or compliance documentation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Must have prior exposure to contracts or proposals (entry-level candidates will not be a fit)
