• Valid driver's license required.

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Junior Recruiter on behalf of our client, a well-established organization in the construction industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a growing team with a combination of recruiting and human resources administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience and enjoy working in a collaborative, hands-on environment. This role will be approximately 50% recruiting and 50% HR administrative support, providing an opportunity to develop broader experience across the employee lifecycle.

Industry: Construction / Industrial Services

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Some flexibility is available while working in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening to determine alignment with open positions.
• Coordinate recruiting activities from initial candidate contact through the onboarding process.
• Match candidates with opportunities based on their experience, skills, interests, and career goals.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide ongoing support.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to track activity and progress toward weekly goals.
• Organize and maintain candidate information within the company's internal recruiting system.
• Provide administrative support related to HR and recruiting functions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.

Additional Details:

• This position reports to the Recruiting Manager.
• The role is approximately 50% recruiting and 50% HR administrative support.
• Candidates will utilize an internal company system for recruiting and administrative activities.
• Interview process includes a virtual conversation followed by an onsite interview.
