Summary

The IT Solutions Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise business systems across multiple distribution, service, and assembly divisions. This hands-on role bridges technology and operations, ensuring ERP and related solutions drive measurable efficiency, accuracy, and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ERP solutions aligned with core business processes in distribution, procurement, assembly, service, and finance.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, translating operational needs into scalable technical configurations.
• Lead integration efforts between ERP platforms and external systems such as CRM, eCommerce, warehouse management, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document workflows, data mappings, and system requirements.
• Oversee system configuration, data integrity, and performance throughout implementation and post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency using automation and analytics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain high standards of documentation and communication.
  
  

Leadership & Management

• Build, lead, and develop a team of ERP and business systems specialists.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support continuous professional growth.
• Align team objectives with organizational strategy and track progress through defined KPIs.
• Analyze challenges, make informed decisions under pressure, and guide the team through change.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate results to senior leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP or enterprise system implementations, ideally across multiple sites or brands. (Epicor Profit 21)
• Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, distribution, and operations.
• Proficiency with SQL and large data sets; familiarity with system integrations and cloud-based ERP environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
