We are partnering with a large, growing healthcare services organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Director. This strategic HR leadership role will support a multi-state business unit and serve as a trusted advisor to senior operational leadership, helping drive business performance through effective people strategies.
This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational growth, support workforce initiatives across multiple regions, and play a key role in shaping employee experience within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with divisional leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support on workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Develop and implement retention and engagement initiatives that foster a positive employee experience
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts
- Analyze employee feedback, workforce metrics, and engagement data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Coach and develop HR team members while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
- Support recruiting efforts and workforce planning initiatives for both exempt and non-exempt populations
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, policies, and company practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong HR Business Partner experience supporting senior operational leaders
- Experience supporting multi-site, geographically dispersed workforces
- Demonstrated success influencing business leaders and driving organizational initiatives
- Previous people leadership experience, including coaching and developing direct reports
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or significant organizational change preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with UKG or similar platforms preferred
Preferred Background
- Healthcare, healthcare services, distribution, logistics, field services, or other multi-site environments
- Experience supporting large employee populations across multiple states or regions
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Pay $100,000 - $150,000 (Based on Experience)
- Bonus (based on performance)
