What are the responsibilities and job description for the FICO SAP S4Hana Consultant position at Addison Group?
Our client is looking for a FICO SAP S4Hana Consultant to join their team!
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Serve as a lead functional consultant for the SAP S/4HANA finance transformation initiative
- Support the migration/conversion from legacy ERP/SAP environments into SAP S/4HANA
- Partner with finance and accounting leadership to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Lead design discussions and recommend best practices across SAP FICO functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing operations, supply chain, and IT
- Support data migration, testing strategy, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help standardize financial processes across the organization
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and user support as needed
Education and Experience:
- 7 years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience
- Prior hands-on experience supporting at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules with exposure to treasury and credit management functions
- Experience working in manufacturing or complex operational environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with both finance and technical teams
- Experience with system integration, testing, and financial process design
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Salary : $50 - $75
