As the Data Engineering Leader, you'll bring structure, accountability, and forward-thinking leadership to a growing team. This isn’t a hands-on coding role—but we’re looking for someone who has done the work and knows how to guide others from experience. You’ll help set technical direction, provide real-time feedback, and mature the team’s practices.

Key Requirements
- 5 years as a Data Engineer
- 5 years leading data professionals
- Strong communicator with executive presence; able to push back professionally when needed
- Experience with at least one of the following systems:
- SAP, Snowflake, or Salesforce
- Deep ETL experience — you’ll help select and implement a formal ETL tool
- Familiar with dbt for building data pipelines
- Understands Agile methodology — ideally has helped drive Agile adoption
