What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Operations Manager position at Addison Group?
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with agents and legal counsel to manage deal closing logistics and ensure timelines are met
- Develop detailed funding plans and ensure capital availability for closings
- Instruct custodian banks and coordinate borrowings with subscription line and leverage providers
- Monitor delayed draw requests and revolver draw requests to ensure proper funding
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, wire call back procedures, and KYC requirements
- Work closely with Treasury and Fund Accounting teams to ensure accurate transaction and portfolio data
- Maintain detailed deal pipeline, closing documentation, and loan portfolio administration
- Enter and maintain investment transactions in portfolio management systems (iLevel)
- Respond to investment team inquiries and support ad-hoc requests
- Stay current on LSTA guidance and implement relevant changes across processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in loan administration, credit operations, or syndicated/direct lending environments
- Prior experience with loan agency, private credit, or syndicating banks strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of loan closing processes and industry best practices

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: 100,000-160,000
