Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract applicants through various job boards, including Indeed and other sourcing platforms
- Conduct initial phone conversations to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling between applicants and hiring leaders
- Assist with initiating pre-employment steps such as background checks
- Maintain job postings on career sites and online platforms
- Keep accurate notes and documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the hiring workflow
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial hiring is a plus
- Prior recruiting experience required (agency or corporate)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
