Job Description:
The Contract and Proposal Specialist will support the preparation, coordination, and administration of proposals and contractual agreements. This role works cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all documentation related to bids and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize proposal documentation in response to customer and bid requirements
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, operations) to gather required inputs for proposals and contracts
- Track deadlines and manage timelines for proposal submissions and contract execution
- Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and updates
- Assist in identifying risks or discrepancies within agreements and escalate as needed
- Support ongoing contract administration, including modifications and renewals
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, contracting, or proposal development.
- Experience with government contracts and public sector procurement strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to draft and manage complex contracts, solicitations, and technical documentation.
- Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility
