The Client Services Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for a group of assigned clients, assisting with service requests, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets and client issues
- Communicate with both clients and vendors to coordinate services
- Support overflow calls within the customer service team
- Use CRM system to track interactions and update status of requests
- Issue and track purchase orders; review pricing and billing information
- Perform basic data entry and analysis in Excel
- Research issues independently before escalating to leadership
- Assist with various administrative tasks and online research
- Focus on improving client relationships and satisfaction
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (test will be administered)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in customer service in a professional environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Quick to learn new systems and technology
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with strong internet connection
- Type: Contract (3–6 months, leave coverage)
- Start Date: Mid-July
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Work Environment: Remote (Dallas/Fort Worth applicants only)
