Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, from skilled trades to corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Identify and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Coordinate interviews, manage communication with applicants, and support offer processes.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system while monitoring hiring metrics and reporting trends.
- Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and contribute to long-term workforce planning.
- Ensure all hiring practices meet compliance standards and support a strong employer brand.
- 2 years of recruiting experience supporting both hourly and salaried roles, including skilled trades positions.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
- Associate/Bachelor's degree
