Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, Fully Onsite

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing professional employer organization (PEO) that provides businesses with comprehensive HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce solutions. Our client is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to support client relationships and help ensure businesses receive exceptional benefits administration and service.

Job Description:

The Benefits Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping manage employee benefits programs and providing ongoing guidance and support. This position works closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate benefit needs, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of PEO clients.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee benefits, plan options, and administration.
• Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, renewals, and other client requests.
• Respond to client questions and resolve benefits-related issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with internal HR, payroll, benefits, and service teams to address client needs.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and benefits providers as needed.
• Assist with annual renewals, plan changes, and open enrollment activities.
• Review benefit information and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen relationships.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in employee benefits, benefits administration, account management, or a related field.
• Experience working within a PEO, benefits brokerage, insurance, or HR services environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and benefits administration processes.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
