So, What’s the Role?

As a Recruiter, you’ll be the ultimate connector— matching job seekers with companies that are hiring fast. Basically, we are the human version of an algorithm-only way smarter and more charming

You’ll be part of a high-performing team where your voice matters, your success is celebrated, and your impact is real.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Find top talent using job boards, social media, cold calls, and networking
• Build real relationships with candidates (think: calls, DMs, coffee chats, repeat)
• Team up with sales to match candidates to open roles
• Negotiate pay, prep candidates, and help them land offers
• Keep everything organized in our systems (don’t worry — we’ll show you how)
• Go to events, rep the Addison brand, and expand your network in real life and online

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable talking to anyone)
• Positive vibes, high energy & competitive spirit
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goals-driven environment
